Samodov View Profile View Posts. For the past few days the Steam Workshop has not installed any mods. I have subscribed to a few and it will instantly say that the mod is downloaded in the Downloads menu but will not appear in game.
For example in Europa Universalis 4 all of my newly subscribed mods which steam said it downloaded have not appeared. I have tried unsubbing, clearing my download cache, exiting steam, deleting appcache folder, restarting steam, resubscribing. None of these work. Thanks in advance. I only had 2 in my favorites and one in my "Currently Playing" category when originally there were many. png No changes i can see that the redistributables work. I'm going to restart steam once more. Before I do I am going to unsubscribe from some mods that haven't installed and delete ones that are installed as well as their files in the mods folder and workshop folders.
We'll see how it goes. I have no game updates going on, just the workshop is downloading, steam workshop not downloading mods. definitely not. I have terabytes of space left. are you using a beta version? I am using Stable version. I will try beta and update this post.

THE ISSUE HAS BEEN SOLVED Thank you very much to Steam Support for helping me through this.
